Advocate trainee

Gabriela Lewicka is a lawyer in the transactional and corporate law practice at Kondracki Celej. She has experience in preparing and negotiating transaction documentation, conducting due diligence, and advising on corporate governance matters.

In her daily practice, Gabriela focuses on supporting and advising on transactions, particularly venture capital investments and M&A deals. She also provides ongoing legal services to partnerships and companies, including advice on their formation, liquidation, and reorganization processes, including cross-border matters. She supports clients in designing and implementing incentive programs (ESOP/VSOP), corporate governance solutions, as well as in the day-to-day operations of corporate bodies.

She is a second-year advocate trainee and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Her legal interests also include legal design.
