Patrycja Smoleń is an attorney in the criminal law team of Kondracki Celej. She gained her professional experience in renowned Warsaw law firms, representing Clients mainly in criminal cases at every stage of the proceedings, both as a defence counsel and as well as an attorney for the victim.
She also took part in conducting civil cases, especially in the field of protection of personal rights.
At Kondracki Celej, she is responsible for servicing audit firms and statutory auditors in the scope of regulatory and administrative proceedings and representing Clients of Kondracki Celej in disciplinary proceedings conducted by professional self-government bodies. She also supports the Law Firm’s team in conducting criminal cases.
