Shir Ben David Vaknin

Qualified as an attorney in 2023. Holds an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University. Completed her legal internship in the labor law department at Herzog Fox & Neeman. Worked in the Labor Law Department at the Office of the State Attorney. Joined our firm in 2024.

Hilit Cohen-Resnizky

Licensed attorney since 2003. Interned at the Israel Women’s Network and continued to work there as a legal consultant for two more years. Employed at Hashavim H.P.S. Business Information, as the head of “Kol Oved” – labor law information center between 2005 to 2016. Holds a LL.B in law from IDC Herzliya and an LL.M in law and Mediation from Bar-Ilan University. Former teaching assistant in a course on labor law at Ono Academic College and lecturer on labor law in various frameworks. Volunteers at “Olim Beyahad”, an association supports the full integration of Ethiopian Israelis into mainstream Israeli Society through strategic programs and partnerships. Joined our firm in 2016.

Efrat Deutsch

Licensed attorney since 1999. Interned at Nachum Feinberg & Co. law firm and continued to work for the firm as an attorney for three years. Head of the Labor Law Department at the Yossifoff, Cohen & Co. law firm between 2003 and 2007. Holds a LL.B in law and BA in media from Tel Aviv University and an LL.M in law from Tel Aviv University. Former teaching assistant in a course on labor law given by Prof. Rut Ben Israel and Prof. Guy Mundlak, and lecturer on labor law in various frameworks. Adv. Deutsch specializes in representing leading companies and organizations in the market, providing ongoing consultations and representation in legal proceedings, complex reorganizations, individual and collective negotiations, parity committees and arbitrations. Adv. Deutsch is a member of the Society for Labor Law, the Labor Law Committee of the Israel Bar Association, and Chairperson of the Labor Committee at Lahav, the Israeli umbrella organization for independent businesspeople. Adv. Deutsch lectures at in-service training programs and seminars given by the Israel Bar Association, at employer organization conferences, at the Society for Labor Law, in-service training programs for HR managers, and more. In addition, Adv. Deutsch is an arbitrator and mediator in collective and individual proceedings.

Sagi Esman

Licensed attorney since December 2013 Holds a LL.B in Law and B.A. in Economics from the College of Management. Interned at Eliyahu Bentovim Law firm in Jerusalem. Employed at Rubin- Shmuelevich and at S. Friedman & Co Advocates. Volunteered at Akim Israel, an organization for people with intellectual disabilities and their families. Joined our firm in 2022.

Shlomo Kaplan

Licensed attorney since 2015. Holds a LL.B in law from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (2013). Interned at the Ministry of Justice (International Agreements). Served at the employment department at the Epstein Rosenblum Maoz law firm between 2015 and 2019. Between 2018 and 2019 he headed the employment department of said firm. Shlomo holds a B.A (magna cum laude) in political science and general history from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (2009) Shlomo has joined our firm in 2020

Yelena Lisaychuk

Licensed attorney since 2023. Interned at the Labor Law Department at the State Attorney Jerusalem District Office. Holds a LL.B in Law from the College of Management. Joined our firm in 2023.

Shimrit Noy

Licensed attorney since 2007. Holds an LL.B in law from the College of Management (magna cum laude). Interned in labor law at Nachum Feinberg & Co. law firm. Experienced consultant on labor laws, legal representation for labor-related issues, negotiations, drafting employment agreements, and class action on issues related to labor laws.

Inbal Palmor Dori

Licensed attorney since 2005. Interned at district labor court in Tel Aviv-Jaffa. Employed at the Labor Law Department of the Yossifoff, Cohen, Koren, Grodberg & Co. law firm between 2005 and 2011, and led the department. Holds an LL.B from Hebrew University, Jerusalem and is a graduate of a mediation course at Gishur-Israel in 2003. Experienced consultant on labor laws, legal representation for labor-related issues, negotiations, drafting employment agreements, and lecturing for various organizations.
