Our practice is also shaped by our experience before the European Court of Human Rights, which allows us to approach domestic litigation with a broader perspective and to interpret national law consistently with European human rights standards.   Which practices do you see growing in the next 12 months? What are the drivers behind that? We expect continued growth in disputes related to the energy sector, particularly renewable energy projects, as this area remains highly dynamic in Romania and often involves complex regulatory and contractual frameworks. Another area that we see expanding is disputes connected to public procurement and projects financed with European funds. These matters often involve both administrative and commercial aspects and require a solid understanding of procedural law. Finally, we expect an increase in disputes involving regulated industries more broadly, where legal uncertainty or regulatory changes often lead to complex litigation.   What's the main change you've made in the firm that will benefit clients? We have expanded our in-house litigation and advisory teams with exceptional lawyers to continue delivering the high standard that Berechet Rusu Hiriț set nearly ten years ago when we founded the firm.   Is technology changing the way you interact with your clients, and the services you can provide them? Yes. We leverage technology to broaden our knowledge base and to strengthen the strategies we implement for the matters entrusted to us, delivering faster, more transparent service to our clients.   Can you give us a practical example of how you have helped a client to add value to their business? Besides the usual limiting the risks for the clients or recovering damages when dealing with litigious situations, our value comes from turning legal insights into practical, risk-reducing actions. We analyze what went wrong, why it happened, and how to prevent recurrence. We support clients with step-by-step guidance and, when appropriate, client-side training to embed good practices. A relevant example: we reorganized a public-sector works-contract workflow, updating the internal policy and procedures through ongoing monitoring and coaching to ensure compliant, streamlined execution.   Are clients looking for stability and strategic direction from their law firms - where do you see the firm in three years’ time?
