Atty. Cindy is a law professor and businesswoman. She currently serves as the Vice President of the IBP Davao City Chapter. Her legal practice spans both the National Capital Region and Davao City, with particular focus on family law, property law, contracts, and real estate. She is founding partner & CFO of NICLD.
