Margarita "Migs" Ignacia B. Nograles - Almario is a multifaceted professional: a practicing lawyer, law professor, businesswoman, and a member of the 19th Congress (2022-2025). She is an accredited Arbitrator by the Philippine International Center for Conflict Resolution (PICCR) and Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). Prior to her legislative role, she was an associate at Villaraza & Angangco Law and later on, co-founded NICD Law. Her field of expertise includes civil law, corporate law, labor law, intellectual property, corporate affairs, government affairs, legislative strategy and arbitration. She also serves on the board of a law school and is the founding partner & CEO of NICLD.

Migs Nograles earned her double degree in Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration as the Class Valedictorian from the De La Salle University and Far Eastern University Consortium in 2018, and passed the Philippine Bar Examination in 2019.
