Career

George Svanadze is a Senior Partner and leads the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice. With over 17 years of experience, he advises multinational and domestic clients on complex corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters. George has developed a strong reputation for structuring cross-border transactions, drafting international commercial and investment contracts, and leading high-stakes arbitration and litigation cases. His expertise spans various sectors and legal disciplines, including conflict of laws, legal due diligence, banking and finance, labor and employment, migration, licensing, competition law, and free industrial zones.

Throughout his career, George has advised both private clients and public institutions and has been instrumental in delivering legal capacity-building programs. He regularly conducts workshops and training sessions for Georgian judges, attorneys, notaries, and public registrars, focusing on private international law, international trade and business law, corporate governance, and employment law.
