Ana Belen Micciarelli is a Partner in the Public and Administrative Law area. She joined the firm in 2015. Ms. Micciarelli’s practice focuses on assisting clients operating in highly regulated markets -including energy, gas, mining, hydrocarbons, telecommunications and personal data-, as well as advising on public procurement (goods, services and public works), both in federal, provincial and municipal jurisdictions. She stands out for her experience in public and private infrastructure works and in sustainability matters.

  • Assistance to ARIANESPACE, a foreign bidder that participated in a contracting process before the National Commission for Special Activities, regarding the scope of multiple national regulations applicable to the contracting procedure.
  • Provided advice to several companies before several events that arise in the fulfilment of public contracts, analysing the strategy to follow, drafting complaints, appeals, summons, among others.

Our Public and Administrative Law area is formed by highly qualified professionals with vast track record and experience in providing assistance, representation and legal counseling to domestic, provincial and international businesses, regarding the most varied relationships, of a contractual, regulated or extra-contractual nature, with the Government.

We assist public utilities, corporations engaged in public-interest activities, toll-based public works concessionaires and businesses carrying out activities subject to strict regulation. Our clients come from a host of different industries, including the transportation, telecommunications, electricity, gas and oil, natural resources, health care, infrastructure and construction and pharmaceutical sectors.

We advise our clients on matters involving administrative and constitutional law, at a federal, provincial and local level. Our attorneys have extensive experience in matters of economic regulation, contract renegotiation processes and review of rates, bidding processes for major projects, public works and infrastructure concessions, public-private partnership agreements (PPP).

We represent our clients in a broad range of administrative proceedings before governmental agencies and national and provincial regulatory authorities as well as in lawsuits involving matters subject to public law and judicial review proceedings, collective actions and appeals before courts in the federal and provincial jurisdictionsderales y provinciales.
