Ana Belén Micciarelli

Ana Belen Micciarelli is a Partner in the Public and Administrative Law area. She joined the firm in 2015. Ms. Micciarelli’s practice focuses on assisting clients operating in highly regulated markets -including energy, gas, mining, hydrocarbons, telecommunications and personal data-, as well as advising on public procurement (goods, services and public works), both in federal, provincial and municipal jurisdictions.   • Provided legal advice to ENI regarding environmental issues related to the bidding process for the offshore exploration and exploitation of petroleum.
  • Advice and representation of América Móvil subsidiary Claro Argentina, as a defendant, following a claim by the city of Posadas (Misiones province), that the release of non-ionizing radiation by antennas could potentially be detrimental to the community’s health.
  • Advised American Tower Argentina in connection with the environmental impact of non-ionising radiation emissions.
