Operating across most sectors that are heavily affected by technology and data regulations, Mathew has 23 years of experience that straddles Technology Media & Telecommunications, Lifesciences, and Financial Services. He acts on both contentious and non-contentious matters with a focus on navigating complex regulatory spaces in India. He regularly advises the largest domestic and international clients on a variety of cross-border corporate and commercial transactions, including in relation to investments, technology laws, data privacy, licensing, intellectual property, commercial and regulatory compliance, pre-litigation advisory, and risk mitigation strategies.
