Career
Qarrar qualified as a Solicitor Advocate with higher rights of audience in 2014 and joined Witan Solicitors in 2018 as an Associate Solicitor. He was appointed Director in 2020 and now leads the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice, handling challenging and complex litigation through to higher courts. His caseload spans shareholder, director and joint venture disputes, construction and professional negligence claims, insolvency litigation, injunctions, and cross‑border recovery, including multi-million pound matters and urgent freezing order applications.
