Diego Oliveira focuses his practice on Special Situations, Judicial Assets, Corporate Law, and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), with extensive experience leading complex transactions structured for investment funds, as well as handling corporate disputes. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the structuring, execution, and management of transactions that, in aggregate, exceed BRL 3 billion, in addition to acting in significant arbitrations involving corporate disputes and controversies related to legal claims.

His practice is distinguished by strategic advisory work on sophisticated transactions, particularly in restructuring scenarios, special situations, and distressed assets, combining strong technical expertise with a pragmatic business-oriented approach. He advises investment funds, companies, and investors, focusing on risk mitigation, the efficient resolution of corporate conflicts, and value creation in the transactions he supports.

Graduated in Law from PUC-Campinas, he completed the Investment Funds course of the Professional Master’s Program at FGV Direito SP and holds a specialization in Civil Procedure. He also completed an executive education program in Contracts at American University – Washington College of Law.
