Vinícius Alvarez advises Brazilian and foreign companies on aspects involving regulation, mergers and acquisitions, financing and business law.

In addition to that, Vinicius has solid experience with startups, advising such clients on corporate aspects, obtaining investments, among others.

Before joining Mello Torres, he worked at Machado Meyer Advogados and Veirano Advogados.
