Khyati is associated with the Corporate and Commercial Practice of the Firm. She specializes in corporate advisory matters which includes setting up of liaison office in India and the post compliances required to be done under FEMA Regulations, Companies Act and Income Tax Act. She has been involved in the transaction for corporate restructuring and assisted in preparing a resolution plan under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.

Khyati is further involved in preparing memorandums and legal opinions for queries under Labour and Employment law, preparing employment contracts and manuals for the companies. She has drafted various service agreements, business transfer agreements, business collaboration agreements, novation deed and has also assisted in preparing due diligence report for the M&A transaction.
