About us: Latitude Law is a boutique immigration practice providing specialist UK-inbound immigration advice to organisations and high-net-worth individuals from across the globe.

We have one of the largest specialist immigration teams in the UK with offices in Manchester and London.   We also serve our EU-based clients from our office in Brussels.

Our technical and strategic approach, honed over more than 15 years in business, has enabled us to develop retained and repeat instructions from an extremely wide range of organisations.

Our clients: Our clients include globally-operating privately owned companies, charities, religious organisations, universities and colleges, sports teams and sponsors, manufacturers, property developers and software businesses – especially those operating in the vibrant north-west tech scene.

As well as supporting organisations, we have a strong private client offering with particular expertise securing visas for high net worth individuals. Our work in this area includes founders, entrepreneurs and investors and we have expertise covering start-up, investor and entrepreneur extension visas.  We also work with students who want to study in the UK or remain post-qualification.

We are frequently brought into transactional matters by other law firms or legal departments where immigration support is required. Due to our limited practice, there is no risk of client defection. Our referring practices value not only our technical excellence, but also our dedication to outstanding service. We strive to partner with our client law firms, delivering a seamless service to ensure client satisfaction throughout the course of each matter.

Our approach: Working with client organisations and private clients, we are used to dealing with individuals with varying ranges of understanding of our area of practice. Our client contacts include head of legal, general counsel and other solicitors; religious leaders, managers of sports teams, founders, funders and anyone who wants to create a life for themselves in the UK. We absolutely pride ourselves on being accessible to everybody, and tailoring our advice, approach and tactics so that they can be understood and actioned by any relevant party.

From a technical perspective, feedback from counsel, legal departments and lawyers in practice typically focus upon our strategic and analytical approach.  We are frequently instructed where matters appear to have no prospect of success, and are often able to overturn earlier decisions on appeal or following judicial review.
