Ralf Kotitschkes’ main areas of interest cover all aspects of intellectual property protection, in particular patent prosecution and opposition proceedings, the preparation of clearance and validity opinions, design law and the law relating to employee inventions. The technical focus of his work is on medical, automotive, laboratory and semiconductor technologies, and also includes optics.
