Position
Patent attorney Björn Brouwers works with COHAUSZ & FLORACK for the patents of German, European and international clients. In this context, he is primarily concerned with the registration, prosecution and enforcement of the respective intellectual property rights. He also advises companies on all issues relating to design, trademark and employee invention law.
The graduate electrical engineer has specialized in the fields of automation technology, control engineering, electromobility, communications engineering and medical technology.
Career
Prior to his training as a patent attorney, he worked for a major German energy provider where he gained extensive expertise in the fields of energy technology and renewable energies. He has been a patent attorney with COHAUSZ & FLORACK since 2017 and became a partner since 2023.
