As an attorney-at-law at COHAUSZ & FLORACK, Eva-Marie Mümken advises companies in all areas of intellectual property law, in particular in the fields of trademark and design law, competition law, copyright law, and employee invention law.
Career
She already focused on the “German and European Law of Competition and Intellectual Property” during her law studies at Osnabrück University. She gained practical experience working as a research assistant for a medium-sized commercial law firm. During her legal clerkship at Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court, she worked at a nationwide commercial law firm with a focus on intellectual property, among other places. Eva-Marie Mümken also got to know COHAUSZ & FLORACK during her legal clerkship. In 2022, she successfully completed her legal clerkship with the Second State Law Examination.
