Practice Group Real Estate Law

Roland M. Wegleiter heads the Real Estate Law practice group. He advises on real estate matters throughout Austria, from purchase, development and management to financing models.

In addition to many years of practice in the relevant areas of real estate law, he has several years of management experience in international corporations (Universal Music, Hewlett Packard) with a focus on strategic corporate management, e-commerce, marketing and sales. In addition to his extensive experience in real estate law, he is characterised by a very good understanding of the market and entrepreneurial thinking.

Roland M. Wegleiter studied law at the University of Innsbruck and completed his doctoral studies with honours. He has been a partner at CHG Czernich Rechtsanwälte since 2016.
