  • The Corporate/ M&A practice group advises and represents companies in the drafting and negotiation of contracts and in legal disputes.

• Public Commercial Law and Public Procurement Law
  • Public procurement law is a particular focus of our advice. The practice group also deals with all questions of public commercial law, from state aid law and trade law to environmental and regulatory law. We also utilise our experience from numerous public procurement procedures in the construction sector in civil disputes relating to construction projects (construction defect and warranty litigation).
