Practice Group Public Commercial Law and Procurement Law

Marcel Müller is an attorney-at-law in the Public Commercial Law and Public Procurement Law practice group. He advises our clients primarily on the implementation of public procurement procedures, in the area of commercial law and represents clients in public law proceedings up to the highest courts.

Before joining us as an associate, he gained valuable practical experience as part of an internship in a Europe-wide operating group based in Germany.

Marcel Müller studied law at the University of Innsbruck and passed the bar exam with honours.
