Florian Müller heads the Business Law practice group and advises our clients on a broad spectrum of corporate law with a focus on litigation, competition and insurance law.

He has extensive experience with cross-border and complex contractual arrangements. In addition, he has many years of experience in advising and managing the legal departments of international corporations and as a lecturer at universities and at an entrepreneurial university.

Florian Müller studied law at the University of Innsbruck and international and comparative law at the University of Iowa (USA). Before joining CHG, he worked as a research assistant at the University of Iowa and as a senior associate at a renowned commercial law firm.
