Mario Kathrein is an associate in the Business Law and Real Estate Law practice groups. He advises our clients primarily in the areas of civil and contract law as well as property and competition law.

Before joining us as an associate, he gained valuable experience as an employee in law firms and tax consulting firms. In addition, Mario Kathrein has been a regular lecturer at the training center Wifi Tirol in the commercial and legal field since 2019 and is the author of numerous publications on property, civil and unfair competition law.

He studied both law and business law at the University of Innsbruck in record time. Due to his academic success, he was awarded various scholarships, including several merit scholarships and a KODEX scholarship. He was also honoured by the Ministry of Education as the national winner of the Austria-wide Digital Day 2014.
