Career
Christoph Haidlen specialises in advising numerous clients from the cable car industry and their interest groups on all issues relevant to this sector. He also specialises in real estate law and representation in contentious proceedings.
Christoph Haidlen is a member of the International Organisation for Transportation by Rope (OITAF) and a lecturer at the Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences. He is also deputy chairman of the supervisory board of Gemeindewerke Telfs GmbH, a member of the supervisory board of Rotes Kreuz Tirol gemeinnützige Rettungsdienst GmbH and deputy district manager of the Telfs district office of the Austrian Red Cross.
He is a regular lecturer — particularly on topics relating to cable car law — is the author of the handbook “Das Österreichische Seilbahnrecht” (Austrian Cable Car Law), the fourth edition of which was published in 2022, and runs the website www.seilbahnrecht.at.
Christoph Haidlen studied law in Innsbruck and at the University of Wisconsin (USA), and is also a certified European law expert and business mediator.
