Dietmar Czernich advises clients in the areas of corporate structuring, company acquisitions (M&A transactions), cross-border mergers and transfers of registered offices. Dietmar Czernich’s second area of specialisation is national and international arbitration law. He represents clients before international arbitration tribunals and is himself an arbitrator at the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris (ICC).

Dietmar Czernich is also a honorary professor at the Faculty of Law in Innsbruck in the areas of civil law, civil procedure law and international law enforcement. He is also Honorary Consul of the Federal Republic of Germany for Tyrol. As a member of the Domestic Advisory Board on Arbitration, Dietmar Czernich is deeply involved in issues relating to the future of arbitration.

Dietmar Czernich studied political science in Innsbruck and law in Innsbruck, Tübingen and New York. He trained as an international commercial arbitrator at Oxford University.
