Bernhard Koeck has been a successful litigation lawyer for more than 20 years and represents well-known companies from various sectors in disputes and (as creditors) in insolvency proceedings. He also advises companies, in particular from the financial and energy sectors, on contractual and regulatory issues. He also specialises in competition and distribution law.

Bernhard Koeck studied law at the University of Innsbruck, the University of Vienna and the University of Cambridge. He has been a partner at CHG since 2025 and works in the Business Law and Banking & Finance practice groups.
