Tobias Aggteleky

Tobias is a partner at the firm. He represents national and international clients in matters of commercial and civil law before national courts and arbitral tribunals, in particular in the fields of banking and financial markets law.

His area of practice covers international commercial arbitration (ICC, Swiss Rules, UNCITRAL, ad hoc); commercial litigation (banking, contract for work etc); enforcement of foreign judgments in Switzerland; and attachments of assets and injunctive relief.

Robin Grand is partner at Niedermann Rechtsanwälte. He is an expert in commercial litigation and arbitration and handles proceedings in administrative matters (eg proceedings before supervisory authorities such as the FINMA, mutual legal assistance in criminal matters, etc). He regularly advises national and international clients in commercial law, contract law, company law, banking law, labour law, bankruptcy and white-collar crime.

Jonas Oggier’s practice focuses on commercial litigation before state courts and arbitral tribunals for domestic and foreign corporations as well as private persons, in particular in the fields of contract, corporate, banking and financial markets law. After completing his law degree at the University of Geneva, Jonas Oggier joined the Geneva office of the law firm Lenz & Staehelin as a junior associate. He then worked for three years as an associate in Homburger AG’s financial services team. Jonas Oggier has been an attorney at Niedermann Attorneys at Law since 2013 and became a partner of the firm in 2019. He is fluent in English, German and French.

Tobias Schaffner

Tobias Schaffner is Partner at Niedermann. He specialises in the conduct of civil and criminal proceedings as well as in debt enforcement and bankruptcy matters. A good deal of his practice is devoted to the representation of victims of financial crime with a cross-border element (asset recovery). Tobias Schaffner also has several years of experience in the area of international arbitration as well as in the area of financial market supervisory law.
