Representing 250-300 former shareholders of Credit Suisse in an unprecedented lawsuit against UBS Group AG (into which Credit Suisse merged) asking the court to order UBS Group AG to make a compensation payment to all former shareholders of Credit Suisse equal to the difference between the value attributed to Credit Suisse in the merger (roughly CHF 3bn) and the intrinsic fair value of Credit Suisse (a multiple thereof).
