Faus Moliner is a Barcelona based boutique law firm, specialized in dealing with legal matters typical of the pharmaceutical industry and of other companies which operate in the life sciences sector.

We decided to pursue this specialisation route because we were convinced that we would be able to create more value for our clients if we not only had solid legal skills, both theoretical and practical, but also a deep knowledge of the social and economical environment of the sector in which our clients operate.

We combine our legal skills and our specialization with a practical and business oriented manner of practising law. Our analysis of legal issues is always linked to the business objectives of our client. This vision allows us to offer innovative solutions and at the same time to provide adequate responses to the cases which are entrusted to us.

All of the above would however be useless if we were not able to reduce these ideas to practice with honesty, special care and dedication.
