Main practice areas
Company law: NORDIA Law advises on company law matters relating to all types of legal entities. Many of the firm’s partners and associates possess specialist knowledge in areas that, in one way or another, relate to company law. Obviously, the firm often assists in the drafting of contracts in conjunction with business transactions and thereby frequently assumes an active advisory role.
