She practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and growth and venture capital, with significant experience in the technology, health care and life sciences, outsourcing, media, telecommunications, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), energy, infrastructure and resources industries. Ms. Boon has been involved in some of the largest highest profile transactions in Asia.
