Christophe-Marc Juvanon is a partner in our Corporate/Mergers and Acquisitions team in Paris. He advises on M&A and LBO transactions, as well as on reorganisations, joint ventures, financial restructurings and stock market transactions.

He regularly advises industrial groups, investment funds and institutional investors, both in France and internationally, on the structuring and negotiation of high-value-added transactions. He has particular expertise in the energy, industrial and telecoms sectors. His experience includes transactions involving key infrastructure and large-scale projects.
