Christine Le Bihan-Graf advises a number of major industrial groups, investment funds, banking institutions and service operators in France and abroad, as well as the French State, local authorities and public companies, in both regulated economic sectors (energy, telecommunications, postal distribution, transport, etc.) and public services (water, waste, heating and cooling networks).

Christine, who previously held senior positions in the French Administration (Conseil d’Etat) and is a former Head of the French Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE), has recognized expertise in public law and regulatory law, with a particular emphasis on energy and environmental law.

Christine joined Hogan Lovells Paris in 2024 with her team to create the “Energy Transition” practice.
