Stéphane Huten is the partner in charge of the Corporate & Private Equity department in the Paris office of Hogan Lovells and is part of the global M&A and Private Equity management team. He focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions both on private and public companies, with particular expertise in private equity transactions. He also advises on stock exchange law and corporate governance issues.

Stéphane was recognised as one of the “forty under forties rising stars” by Financial News, and as one of the 50 most promising French lawyers by Magazine Droit des Affaires. Stéphane is ranked in the key directories Chambers and Legal 500; he also holds 1st place in both France and Europe in Mergermarket rankings.

Stéphane and his team have been recognised as “Law Firm of the Year” by Private Equity Magazine for three consecutive years, and they were awarded the Trophée d'Or 2025 in the Large Cap M&A category by Leaders’ League.
