Adrien’s practice focuses on patent litigation. He has been involved in many local and cross-border patent litigations before French Courts. He is also active before the Unified Patent Court, in particular through the filing of revocation actions before the Central Division of Paris. He has gained extensive experience in the field of electronics and telecommunications, where he notably helps clients defend against actions based on non-essential patents. He also has a strong interest in FRAND licensing issues.

Before joining Hogan Lovells in 2017, Adrien has worked as an intern in French boutiques specialized in patent litigation, as well as in the IP department of a French multinational company.In December 2025, Adrien Bonnet spoke during a webinar on the topic “Jurisdiction and Competence of the UPC.”

Adrien has been recognized as one of the “Ones to Watch France 2026” by JUVE Patent: Ones to Watch France 2026.
