Eva Monard is a EU trade lawyer whose practice spans WTO disputes, trade remedies (including over 100 anti-dumping, anti-subsidy, and safeguard investigations), EU sanctions and export controls, as well as customs classification, origin, valuation, and pan‑European customs investigations. She represents clients before EU institutions, Member State authorities, and the EU courts, and advises on emerging regulatory trade barriers related to sustainability, human rights, and the EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation. Eva also counsels governments in WTO dispute settlement and assesses national laws’ compatibility with WTO and FTA obligations.
