Mainstream Corporate

Marta is a managing associate in the Corporate and Capital Markets practice of our Milan office.

She specialises in equity and debt capital markets transactions and has assisted leading investment banks, financial institutions and large Italian corporates in relation to IPOs, capital increases, bond and high yield issues. Marta regularly provides ongoing assistance to listed companies on corporate governance and general corporate law matters. Previous experience in the legal department of Borsa Italiana also contributed to her specialization.

Marta is also member of the ESG cross-practice group of our Milan office, leading corporate governance pillar, and member of the Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committee of our Milan office, leading the gender strand.

Marta obtained a Ph.D in corporate and capital markets law at the Ca’ Foscari University (Venice) and completed a Visiting Ph.D programme at USC – Gould School of Law (Los Angeles). She graduated in law at Bocconi University (Milan).

Marta regularly serves as a speaker at industry and student-oriented events and is author of scientific publications.
