Before joining Linklaters, Massimiliano was Co-Head of the Private M&A practice and Managing Partner of the London office at Chiomenti, and previously gained experience at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York and Gide Loyrette Nouel in Paris.

in 2003, Massimiliano Nitti became a member of both the Milan Bar and the New York State Bar.

In 1998, Massimiliano earned a Law degree from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Italy, followed by an LL.M. in Comparative Jurisprudence from New York University in the United States in 2002.

In 2017, Massimiliano qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and completed an Executive Education programme in Leadership in Law Firms at Harvard University.
