Kenny has considerable experience in commercial property work, advising clients on the acquisition, disposal, development and funding of all types of commercial property – from office, leisure and retail investment, to development site acquisition, secured lending and commercial property leasing and management.

He deals extensively with the sale and purchase of businesses, most frequently in the healthcare sector (recently transactions including numerous dental and pharmacy sales and acquisitions and nursing home financing) and in the licenced trade (hotel, restaurant and guesthouse acquisitions and sales).

Kenny's other areas of interest and expertise are in banking/property finance (acting for various lenders and borrowers) and in the charity/social investment sector.
