I am a commercial lawyer with a passion for working with brand centric businesses, creatives and IP rich businesses. I help my clients to bring their projects to life in an ever-evolving and complex legal landscape.

I specialise in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, with a particular focus on the development, protection and exploitation of intellectual property and the associated rights. I work for a variety of clients in a range of sectors with a focus across advertising & marketing, media & entertainment, AI and technology, franchising, supply and distribution.
