I advise clients on trade mark, design and copyright protection globally. I represent clients in trade mark oppositions, invalidity and revocation actions before the UK IPO, the EU IPO and routinely handle multi-jurisdictional trade mark registry proceedings. My areas of specialism include gathering industry-specific evidence, carrying out IP investigations, drafting pleadings and witness statements, as well as negotiating global co-existence and settlement agreements.

I have gained extensive experience in trade mark clearance search projects, worldwide trade mark watching services, trade mark portfolio management and enforcement.
