Edward heads the office in Conwy, he is a partner and member of the Commercial & Agricultural Property Team. Edward specialises in the sale and purchase of farms and estates including sales by auction, high value mortgages, sale and purchase of commercial property and businesses, various types of leases, land law issues relating to common land, sporting rights, manorial rights, complex mesne of holding and organising land, easements, profit a-prendre, water abstraction, drainage and fishing, option and overage agreements, tenancies under the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 and the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995. He also assists the Private Client Department on the succession issues within businesses.

Jennifer Edwards

Since qualifying Jennifer has specialised in corporate and commercial law. She spent several years working for a business on the Wirral providing advice and negotiating IT contracts for several international businesses. She has worked in North Wales since 2018 specialising in all areas of commercial and corporate work including asset sales, share sales, shareholder agreements, providing data protection advice and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. She is now based in the corporate team and is located in Conwy.
