Litigation and negotiation of settlements is an integral part of working at Kennedys and the partners have an average of more than 20 years’ experience working as attorneys specialised within insurance law and dispute resolution.

The team is also very experienced in providing specialised advice on risk management from a liability perspective and Kennedys regularly assists companies in drafting and negotiating contracts.
