  • Acted in a D&O claim concerning an Israeli construction company that went bankrupt and liquidators were nominated to manage its liquidation proceedings.
  • Instructed to perform monitoring in relation to an NIS5bn claim that was submitted against the Israeli Electric Corporation, following the allegation that it overcharged its customers.
