Career
Shweta Kabra is an international arbitration lawyer dual-qualified in India and England and Wales. She has acted in high-value investor-State and international commercial arbitrations, including disputes in the telecommunications, energy, mining and infrastructure sectors. Her experience includes proceedings conducted under the ICSID, UNCITRAL and ICC Rules. Before joining Aceris Law, Shweta gained international arbitration experience at Three Crowns in London and White & Case in Paris, where she assisted sovereign States and multinational corporations. She previously spent 5 years in the dispute resolution team of Khaitan & Co, a tier-one Indian law firm, representing domestic and international clients before arbitral tribunals and Indian courts, including the Supreme Court of India. She has also served as Assistant Editor (South Asia) of the Kluwer Arbitration Blog.
