William Kirtley is a Franco-American international arbitration lawyer with more than two decades of experience. He has acted as counsel or arbitrator in more than 200 international arbitrations.
His practice focuses on international commercial arbitration, investor-State arbitration, construction arbitration, mediation and the enforcement of arbitral awards.
In addition to acting as counsel, he accepts appointments as arbitrator.
