Specializes in the real estate law, administrative law and industrial property law.
Participated in numerous transactions of real estate purchase for commercial purposes, mainly for the purpose of building large-area shopping malls. Represents clients in administrative, court, as well as court and administrative proceedings. In the latter case, also in tax related proceedings. Jakub Górski PhD deals mainly with legal disputes, including unfair competition and industrial property. He has also represented clients in numerous proceedings before arbitration courts.
Arbitrator on the list of Recommended Arbitrators of the Court of Arbitration at the "Lewiatan" Confederation.
Jakub Górski PhD is also a tax adviser and a former faculty member at the Jagiellonian University.
