Career
Managing Partner of SPCG Law Firm since July 2023, associated with the firm almost from its inception.
He has represented SPCG's clients in numerous court, arbitration and administrative proceedings, including before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Paris.
He specialises in civil law, commercial company law and civil procedure law. He has been involved in a number of significant merge & acquisition transactions, including those with an international range. He advised in one of the largest corporate disputes in Poland concerning shareholder rights.
Arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration for Sport at the Polish Olympic Committee for the term 2024-2027.
