  • Advising VolkerWessels Vastgoed B.V. on all aspects of the inner-city redevelopment of a 23.5ha (58 acres) industrial site in the centre of Amsterdam to a mixed-use site with 1.700 apartments and 100.000 square meters of business accommodation.
  • Advising Unifore Real Estate on the redevelopment of shopping centre Etten-Leur (surface area approx. 40,000 square meters).
