Advokatfirma MNA Kogstad Lunde & Co was founded in 1995 by Eivind Kogstad and Trond Werner Lunde. Since then, the firm has been a medium‑sized boutique practice delivering specialist insurance law services to both Norwegian and international insurers. All partners and employed lawyers have been recruited from the insurance industry.

From the outset, the firm has been known for having some of the most respected legal minds within its field, while at the same time being recognised as practical, commercial, approachable, and down‑to‑earth.

Within insurance law, the firm exclusively represents insurance and reinsurance companies – or their clients. Today, the firm acts for more than 45 Norwegian and international insurers.

Kogstad Lunde & Co is Kennedys’ associated office in Norway.
